  二、为什么要进行这项实验(课题的提出)

  随着基础教育课程改革的进展,人们对学生学习方式的理论研究日渐增多,但怎样把这种新的教学理念转变为具体的教学方法和步骤,使基层中小学教师便于操作和评价,真正引导学生在学习方式上产生实质性的变化。

  这不仅需要理论的研讨,更需要具体的实验。本课题计划在理论研究的同时,调查中小学生的现有学习方式,并进行转变学生学习方式的实验,为基础教育课程改革提供可资借鉴的经验。

  三、课题研究假设

  本课题研究的二年的时间里,也正是基础教育课程改革在我市逐步推广的时间,本课题主要达到如下目标:

  1. 通过理论方面的研究,发表一些有价值的关于学习方式的论文和实验报告,以此来指导实验的进行和新的学习方式的推广;

  2. 通过实验,探索出适应新课程理念的新的教学方式和学习方式;

  3. 通过以上的研究和实验,使实验学校的教育教学质量有明显的提高,学生的学习能力有明显提高,为新课程在我市的推广奠定良好的基础。

  四、课题研究的基本内容和思路

  本课题的研究和实验计划从以下几个方面入手:

  1. 在理论方面进行学习方式的系统研究

  通过文献研究法搞清学习方式的概念、范畴、作用,把传统的学习方式与新的学习方式进行对比研究;通过调查法了解XX市中小学生现有学习方式及存在问题,提出转变学习方式的目标、步骤和预期效果。

  2. 进行教师教学方式和学生学习方式的实验

  课堂学习是学生在学校学习的主要场所和途径。在课堂教学中教师的教学方式在某种程度上决定了学生的学习方式。

  比如,教师采取灌输式的教学方式,学生只能被动地听讲,不可能有时间和精力自主探究学习。所以要转变学生的学习方式,首先要转变教师的教学方式。我们计划在实验学校首先转变教师的教学观念,使教师由知识的传授者变为学生学习的组织者、引导者和激发者。

  其次在课堂教学中限定教师讲授的时间,探索新的教学模式,让学生有较充分的`时间和学习的主动权。

  第三,在研究教师教学方式的同时,同时研究在课堂教学中学生的学习方式,做到教师少教,而学生能够多学。

  3.进行在计算机环境中学习的实验

  随着我市办学条件的改善,许多学校已经有了校园网和计算机多媒体教学设备。计算机将成为学生探索知识的有力工具,改变着学生的学习方式。教育的技术化趋势,成为近年来教与学改革的热点。

  随着教学中的技术含量的提高,电脑、网络技术等成为学生学习手段之一,学生可以自己通过各种现代化手段和媒介获得信息,进行思考活动。我们计划在有条件的实验学校中进行计算机环境中学习的实验,探索这方面成功的经验和方法,为其他学校提供可资借鉴的经验。

  五、实验的组织形式

  本课题组由教育理论工作者和实验教师组成,理论研究部分由课题组负责人王敏勤负责,问卷的调查和组织由津南区教科室诸金英和大港二中刘志奇负责,实验部分由大港二中刘志奇具体负责。我们计划在大港二中进行转变学生学习方式的实验,因为大港二中(初中)已经进行了课程改革。

  六、实验的实施步骤和方法

  (一)实验的步骤

  1. 撰写研究和实验方案(20XX年1-2月)

  课题研究方案由王敏勤负责撰写,课题实验方案由刘志奇负责撰写。每个实验教师根据课题组的要求写出本学科具体的实验方案。

  2. 实验的实施和总结(20XX年3月--20XX年10月)

  (1)实验教师根据本学校的实验方案开始实施(包括理论的学习),实验老师可边学习边实践。从20XX年春季学期开始到20XX年暑假,各实验小组每学期末都要写出阶段实验报告,总结一学期来的实验成果,研讨存在的问题,写出下学期的具体实验方案。

  (2)20XX年10-12月,各实验小组撰写实验报告,课题组汇总各实验小组的成果,撰写本课题的研究报告,接受XX市教育科学规划领导小组办公室组织的专家鉴定。

  (二)实验的方法

  严格的教育实验应采取对照实验法,即在平行年级中设置实验班和对照班,在实验班和对照班分别采取不同的教育教学方法,以观察实验的效果。这样能保证实验的信度和效度,说服力强。

  七、预期的研究成果

  课题组计划在两年的时间发表和出版相关的论文和著作,指导实验老师的实验工作。20XX年底撰写《研究报告》,准备接受XX市教育科学规划领导小组办公室组织的专家鉴定。

  (一)销售方法的策略:

  1.改变经营的菜系。过去我们以经营粤菜和海鲜为主,本年度我们可以“模糊”菜系的概念,只要顾客喜欢,我们可以做大众菜也可以根据需要制作高档菜,这样表面上看使我们的酒店没有特色菜,其实不然,大众菜并不等同于低档菜,粤菜和海鲜一般价格高,而且并不适合普通百姓的口味,因此消费的潜力不大,我们在编制菜单时,可以在各菜系中择其“精华”,把其代表菜选入,并根据市场和季节的变化做适当调整,有了这些“精华”,我们在加入大量的大众菜。这样我们可以给顾客很大的选择余地,适应了不同口味人的需要。

  三. 样板区及样板房

  (一)样板区

  1. 样板区范围:考虑到-项目销售必须突出良好居住环境的气氛,因此我们将-售楼中心至1#样板房区域所包含的整个大区都打造成为样板区。物管,保洁等须按照样板房的管理规定进行管理。其中有两套样板房、售楼部到样板间的步行情趣长廊、叠水喷泉、及10#的临时景观区域。(注:从售楼部至样板房之间的参观浏览线路,以下暂定为y区)

  2. 样板区作用:最大限度的展现温江宜居,城在林中氛围、家居水畔的氛围,体现国色天香大社区远见、高档、生态、宜居、增值的社区概念,体现独具特色的建筑风格。

  3. 样板区展示安排:

  ø 确定对y区沿线情调、步行道的包装方式和具体要求;

  ø 确定y区道路沿线灯光布置方案,灯具选型要求和效果交底;

  ø 明确样板区工程施工、营销包装整体和分步实施节点、任务分解;

  (二)样板房

  1. 样板房选择:样板楼选定为1#楼,1#楼一方面靠近售楼部,由于样板间前10#修建时间较晚,样板间会有较好的景观视线,另外1#楼位于英郦庄园主入口不远,不会影响后期其他楼幢施工,同时也不产生其他楼幢施工影响客户参观的情况。选定1# 楼平层、底跃各一套。

  2. 样板房作用:考虑到-项目户型面积偏大,通过样板房精装修设计可以引导客户更好的理解户型设计,同时也是对推广所倡导的享乐主义生活的一种实体诠释。

  3. 样板房展示安排:

  前期设计,包装由项目部同事负责,-跟进协调。样板房应于xx年12月底前完成,以便于先期推广时,到访客户时参观。样板房的日常管理工作由营销部-负责,。

  四. 展示道具

  包括沙盘模型、户型模型、户型图的制作:

  均价确定:包括销售均价及赠送面积等由策划师和销售部职业顾问踩盘整理数据,策划员协同-写出定价报告,报领导审批后执行。价格按建筑面积计算,不包括赠送面积。价格策略包括:销售均价,销售起价,销售实得单价,套内单价。价格走势分析,节点价格初步预计,职业顾问优惠权限,销售主管优惠权限,销售经理优惠权限,内部员工推荐优惠权限,公司领导优惠权限,一旦确定优惠权限,坚决执行,防止权限不明,私放优惠,扰乱现场销售。

  时间安排:营销策划部于20XX年1月10日提出销售价格表和销售政策。

  一、所教班级基本情况

  本学期我担任高二XX、XX班的英语教学,这个两个班都是理科平行班,经过上学期的教学,学生已基本适应了上课的流程和掌握一定的学习方法,但是学生的语法基础普遍薄弱,单词记忆不是很理想,听说读写的英语能力也需要进一步提高。

  二、教学指导思想

  注意根据我班学生实际,努力发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力;形成有效的英语学习策略;培养学生的综合运用语言的能力;特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。继续拓宽学生的知识面,全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力,理解、分析和阅读的能力,让学生有效改善自己的英语学习。

  三、教学任务及课时安排

  本学期要完成选修7和选修8的教学任务,共10个单元内容。每一单元用7-9课时,其中词汇2-3课时,阅读2课时,语法及写作1-2课时,习题1-2课时.两册书共需18周左右,最后二周左右进行考前复习。

  四、主要措施

  (一)教学方面:

  高二年级是高中的重要阶段,又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此,让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。本学期应达到以下目标:巩固、扩大基础知识;培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力,侧重培养阅读能力;发展智力,培养自学能力。具体来说:

  1.加强学的研究,充分发挥学的主动性

  只有当教与学形成了合力,教学才能取得最佳的效果。因此,要帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯,指导他们掌握有效的学习方法,使他们乐学更善学。 高中生应有的习惯和方法主要包括: (1)学会查英语词典并勤查词典;坚持每天朗读,学会背诵的有效方法;(2)利用每天的零碎时间反复多次记忆单词,学会记忆单词的多种方法;(3)学会观察语言现象,总结语言规律 ( 如通过某例句总结出某词的用法 ) ;(4)养成良好的作业习惯 ( 整洁、独立完成 ) ,掌握各种解题技巧;(5) 坚持预习,学会看书;(6) 积极思考、大胆质疑;(7)学会记笔记和整理笔记。

  2.强化三关训练,夯实语言功底

  词汇、阅读、语法是每个立志要学好英语的人必须过的三关,三者有联系但不能相互代替。

  词汇教学主要是使学生掌握词义、词的搭配和用法。

  具体做法如下:

  1.积累词语,对课文涉及的重要词语,要总结、查字典解释重点记忆。

  2.每单元写一百字左右与课文内容相关的作文短文阅读是吸收信息、学习语言、提高水平的最有效途径.因此,提高学生的阅读理解能力是教学的重要目标之一。本学期将有计划地坚持每周补充几篇课外阅读文章并让学生阅读报刊文章写点评,让学生在大量阅读中提高阅读理解能力。

  3.语法是英语的框架结构。高中英语语法项目较多,为帮助学生理清思路,准确表达思想,必须引导学生学好语法。本学期将在每周安排一节课,系统地和学生一起学习各项语法内容。

  4.在阅读方面,阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点,也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课,充分培养锻炼学生的阅读能力,阅读技巧,阅读速度和阅读效率,并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

  5.在写作方面,坚持每周一次作文训练,训练题材、方法力求多样化,并能及时进行讲评。并针对我班学生的写作基础,给予英文写作的指导和误区分析,可适当让学生多背诵一些常用的句型,句式,词汇和短语,或是很有代表性的范文。鼓励学生写英文日记,对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

  (二)在教研方面:

  1、认真研究新课程标准,尤其与旧大纲不同的地方,清楚哪些内容是新增加的,哪些内容是已经删掉的,哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材,在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课,认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

  2、坚持每周互相听评课活动,相互取长补短,提高自己的教学能力 。

  3、集体备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证,有利于教师互为补充、共同提高。作为高二英语组备课组长,除了安排好组内成员的各项任务和完成自己所负责的任务以外,我会按时参加集体备课,集体备课前先了解所教单元的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学内容所用的教法,然后与全组人员共同探讨,最后确定下来。
